Instruct trainees in the proper procedures for pre-trip instruction, driving techniques, preparing daily trip sheets, etc. Responsibilities also include but not limited to preventive maintenance and upkeep of Nalco Champion's asset and proper documentation in regard to DOT Hazmat compliance. Assess and develop training solutions, which meet needs and drive business strategies. Complete skillful application of adult learning and training design, deliver sales, technical and new hire training programs, work independently and/or collaboratively to develop training programs, evaluate and measure training performance, and manage development and deployment of new hire training materials.

Drove lean in every area for the customer to provide the most cost effective solution. Wrote the complete HS&E handbook, job safety analysis, and set up training for all employees. Also provided services for restoration of well sites after the frac was over. Provided consultants in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas, and Louisiana to multiple service companies.

I help setup peracetic acid projects around the country by training employees on the operation and safety protocols that are in place. I support trials for new customers by helping operations managers by training their employees and helping with equipment procurement. Which includes anything from fracing, battery cleanup, direct injection setups, SWD, pond cleanups, and batch treatments. In the training we make sure the people are thoroughly trained on HS&E, the standard operating procedures, job safety analysis, spill cleanup, proper PPE, the products compatibility with materials and other products. My role is also to help support the procedures in place and help update them when needed. I contribute to equipment design and testing of new equipment before it is put into the field.

Operations manager for the northeast for legacy Nalco. We provided chemical services to service companies in the Marcellus and Utica shale plays. Drove LEAN warehouse practices and cut the cost of the operations by 50% from the previous year. Used SAP in the warehouse and throughout the operations to track the district. Trained employees on HS&E and put metrics in place for the district. Transitioned employees from contract labors to full time employees, which raised moral by showing the commitment of the company and saved money. Helped introduce Chesapeake Marcellus to Peracetic Acid to be used as a biocide and H2S scavenger. Facilitated the merger of Nalco and Champion to one company under the umbrella of our parent company Ecolab with the employees in that district.
