He is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company, as well as its operational, technical and financial activities. Previously Mr. Heller was a Founder, Director and CFO of MaterialNet.com, the first reverse-auction, buyer-centric business-to-business e-marketplace for raw materials. MaterialNet, which Forbes had called one of the "best-of-the-best B2Bs”, was sold to Perfect Commerce in 2002. Prior to MaterialNet.com, Mr. Heller served as Portfolio Manager at Concord International Investments, where he co-managed a $500 million portfolio and as senior accountant at Merrill Lynch. Mr. Heller received a B.S. from the University of Arizona and an M.B.A. in Finance, Economics and International Business from New York University's Stern School of Business, where he graduated with honors.
