CurrentMany years ago i knew a person who worked here at Challenger on the dock (back in the day). He had told me Challenger needed some good dock hands. I knew this was my chance to try and secure a job at Challenger. I went for an interview and was hired that same day. I quickly became the dock lead-hand and as the company grew so did I. My next step at Challenger was to move into operations side of the business. Expedite Division, planning and coordinating the movement of expedited freight for our customers. This position also included some Logistics (3PL) work which was a real learning opportunity for me. I enjoyed that position but had to move on, so that I did. I then applied for a dispatch position and was fortunate enough to be given the chance. I took advantage of this new roll with in Challenger and 20 plus years later i am still here and loving it.
