Rob Hennemuth joined Hexcel Corporation as Senior Vice President of Human Resources in March of 2006. Hexcel is the world’s leading supplier of advanced composite materials, operating throughout the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific.Rob has significant global experience in human resource management. Prior to Hexcel, he was the chief human resources officer for Jacuzzi Brands, Inc, a publicly-traded, global, branded consumer goods company which was headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida. Prior to joining Jacuzzi Brands in 2003, he spent six years with AlliedSignal (later merged to become Honeywell), where he was a vice president of human resources and communications for various business units, including the Consumer Products Group. Rob began his career as a labor and employment attorney with Raytheon Company, and held various corporate labor relations and human resource leadership roles with Raytheon, where he spent thirteen years.
