I was made a leader. From the time I was a kid, I was always learning how to take things apart and put them back together with my dad. He taught me the importance of having a strong work ethic and what it took to teach others to get the job done right the first time. This steered me into the automotive field where I learned more about diagnostics and repair as well customer service. I became highly skilled in troubleshooting for customers with issues and earned Customer Service Awards, leaving me yearning for something more. Since I was a teen-ager, I DJ’ed in night clubs, weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, and other special events. Some of these events were held in large venues, including a football stadium, where we had to install light shows, video screens and monitors along with other special effects. My passion for this industry turned into a full-time career for a couple years. I DJ’ed, installed A.V. equipment at bars or in homes and businesses and also helped a friend launch their business by selling ads in a local bridal magazine. For me, entertainment for people was where it was at. No one can get enough of it.I’ve always enjoyed working with my hands and working with people. Having been skilled with troubleshooting, customer service, and technical equipment, my opportunity with AT&T broadened my skill set in communications and provided me an opportunity in management. As a leader in one of the world’s leading communications companies, the success of my team as well as great customer service are top priorities. Who better to manage a team than me? I was a master of technical and wanted to teach others what I knew.My experience working with technicians, team building, communications, multitasking, and understanding fiber and networking underground also gave me the experience of working in Construction Project Management. I like to stay busy and work outside the office so outside plant work is my favorite. I’m a sun up to sun down kind of guy because my dad instilled that work ethic into me. I like to work and I like to make sure all jobs are done right the first time. I pick up new skills quickly and I always want to learn more.I’ve since broadened my horizons by starting my own business in both trailer rentals and e-commerce. My experience in project management and customer service has helped me to provide services and products my customers want and need. I’m really excited for this adventure and any new adventure that produce outstanding results and have made me a top seller and producer in my field.
