I am triple-hatted in this function:• Global Performance Visibility Trainer: - The Performance Visibility program includes deployment of new business transformation processes and capabilities on a SAP platform which serves more than 180K HP Enterprise Services users globally. - Maintain content on LMS and intranet websites and coordinate trainings. - Based on a needs analysis, foster development of a technologically innovative learning culture to facilitate knowledge transfer and improvement , and learning and capability building. - Apptio Performance Dashboards training development (SaaS), obtain buy in from user community, virtual classroom training delivery, support training video recordings, stakeholder management and evaluation and measurement.• Global Enterprise Services Financial Operations Trainer: - SAP PS, SD, FI/CO, MM and HR modules. HP Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) SAP Compliancy Lead. In this Business Analytical role I improved compliant SAP system usage from 68% to 94% across all SAP Data Fields, hence strengthening SAP Reporting output. Allowing Business Units to more effectively manage customer contracts and further develop intelligence gathering for enhanced strategic decision making.

I designed the SAP Training Model, created Training Material and live classroom trained approx 700 HP SAP users all over the EMEA Region and India on SAP SD, MM, HR, FI/CO, BW and PS modules. I also delivered train-the-trainer workshops. Simultaneously I acted as HP EMEA SAP Security Lead. In this role I wrote the Global SAP User Authorisation business procedure.

In 2008 HP acquired EDS and in order to accommodate this integration a global SAP Implementation Program was launched. I lead the EMEA SAP Support Organisation, designed the SAP Support Model, wrote the SLA, and trained the back office Support Organisation.

HP General Western Europe (GWE) SAP Support Manager. In 2003 HP merged with Compaq which asked for a global SAP Implementation Program. I managed an SAP Support Team in the GWE Sub-Region. I coordinated and delivered all SAP Support development activities such as business requirements gathering, GAP analysis, support model design, process development, and training delivery. My Support Team supported approx 3000 SAP end users in 12 West European countries. I was also the single point of contact in terms of change management and was authorised to sign-off or reject new SAP system functionality.

As the Africa and Eastern Europe Logistics Specialist at the EMEA Logistics Headquarter of Compaq, I was (co)-responsible for; controlling and improving business processes and procedures, optimising financial and logistical SAP flows, chairing quarterly evaluations with the Logistic Managers from Africa and Eastern Europe and launching a new computer monitor Hub in Johannesburg, South Africa.
