For the last thirteen years, I have been at the head of Lenovo’s Workstations group, overseeing the evolution and growth of a form factor that some believed had reached peak efficiency. My team has succeeded in revitalizing workstations! With the expansion to include “Client AI” in our business group in 2016, we navigate these horizons with our customers, and play to win together. Throughout my career, I have led end-to-end operations and technology portfolios, generating over $US2 billion in worldwide revenue. My focus remains leading for transformation - driving top-line growth, developing purposeful products, nurturing talent, optimizing organizational structures, enhancing the entire value chain from supply to the end customer. With a background in finance, economics and business, and on-the-ground experience in the tech industry, I am able to translate between the business, the customer, and the engineer. I'm passionate about developing comprehensive value chains that drive success and profitability, leveraging strategic planning, to deliver results in diverse business environments. At the center sit customers, and I believe it's essential to engage customers to understand their needs and then deliver tailored solutions.
