A First American Company founded in 2018, Endpoint develops technology that streamlines home closing for real estate agents, buyers, and sellers, while also empowering proptech companies and investors looking to scale their closing operations.I own 3 key functions at this early-stage startup: *Vendor Management Office (VMO): Independently build and run the VMO program. This includes defining and executing our risk assessment strategy for new and existing vendors to ensure compliance with First American's requirements.*Procurement: I am the single point of contact for all procurement needs. My responsibilities here include collaborating with cross-cohort teams to identify needs, conducting vendor assessments, contract negotiations, working with legal teams, contract management, and identifying opportunities for cost-savings and consolidation.*Payments: Receive vendor invoices, review them for accuracy, gain necessary approvals, and coordinate with First American AP to ensure on-time payment.

Matured the insider risk program and executed the investigative playbook to secure the organization and earn the trust of leadership and key stakeholders.

Created the insider risk program within First American, where the focus was safeguarding the organization from the inside out. This was done by developing technology, policies, and people to create a comprehensive playbook to mitigate risk.

*Responsible for the sourcing of critical indirect goods and services. My role included leading cross-functional teams in qualifying and selecting vendors offering the best overall value, negotiating advantageous contract terms and conditions, working with legal to mitigate risks, implementing contracts, and monitoring and managing vendor performance on an ongoing basis.*My areas of responsibility were Corporate Payment Solutions, Treasury Services, Merchant Services, Business Process Outsourcing, Small Parcel Shipping, and Courier Services.*Launched a best-in-class virtual card payments solution that generated an annual rebate exceeding seven figures.*Executed an innovative approach to pay invoices, highlighted by a single virtual card payment exceeding $4 million, single-handedly contributing $80,000 in rebate value.
