My passion has always been farming and working with people to achieve their goals and succeed in sustainable farming businesses.After starting in Rural Finance in the late 80’s, I had 10yrs on our own farm before returning to Agri Banking, and then moved to Wanaka to start my own consultancy business in 2016.Having worked for 35 years in Agri Business, including my own businesses, I understand many of the challenges faced by farming families. I enjoy listening and facilitating people to establish what they want, and work through to amazing outcomes. Partnering with Rural Coach compliments everything I believe in and adds even more resources to help Farming Families and Businesses to achieve their goals
