My legal practice concentrates on litigation and trial matters, including the defense of trucking liability, motor vehicle liability, premises liability and product liability. I represent companies and individuals who have been named as defendants in a variety of claims, including property damage, personal injury and wrongful death. I have participated in well over one hundred jury trials and have taught trial practice techniques to other attorneys. In addition to a successful trial practice in state and federal courts, I have successfully argued appeals before the Kentucky Court of Appeals and Supreme Court, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
