Accompanied the Senator to puclic events, committee meetings, and the Senate chambers to provide day-to-day support. Frequently met alongside and on behalf of the Senator with constituents and lobbyists regarding upcoming legislation and issues facing the state. Formulated policy recommendations for the Senator. Served as primary liaison to the New York State Department of Transportation, Department of Motor Vehicles, Thruway Authority, and Canal Corporation.
