About Rob Hicks

I’m a Digital Programme & Project Manager (PRINCE2 / Agile / Scrum) with experience leading infrastructure and software programmes, projects, and services for commercial, public, and not-for-profit organisations.Most recently I was contracted as the Digital Resources Manager for the IT Services team at Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. This contract was extended multiple times. It was basically a Programme Manager role, with additional responsibilities around resource and stakeholder management. Prior to this I’ve worked in several digital management roles, almost always with a focus on digital transformation, implementing multiple systems and solutions (finance, logistics, full ERP, CRM, HR/Payroll and bespoke) across organisations large and small.This has given me the depth of managerial and technical competencies to assist any organisation driving new digital initiatives while ensuring all stakeholders are appropriately engaged with at all times.Beyond this, my English degree ensures that I bring simple and accurate communications to all levels and audiences.I’m based in Southampton and am available for work immediately.
