Reporting to the Group’s CEO responsible for Supply Chain leadership whilst managing key stakeholders with overall responsibility and commercial accountability in fulfilling PJH’s Supply Chain & Logistics role on behalf of B&Q • Profitability responsibility (in conjunction with Operations, Transport and Contact Centre)• B&Q & Kingfisher relationship management• Manufacturing Vendor relationship management• Forecast management (covering PJH, store and vendor stock)• Overall responsibility & management of internal Contact Centre• Central point of Interface to Operations – driving service (including transport)• Quality management (ensuring PJH interests are protected)• Stock analysis (live, excess, rejected etc) – managing to agreed stock cover• Management of the Merchandising service ensuring it adds value • Provision of overall management information to allow senior team (and customer) to understand performance against all aspects of the contract• Service Enhancement – driving innovation in the service we provide within the constraints of the contract
