As a Trainer and Program Manager I was responsible for teaching law enforcement intelligence to both sworn and professional members. I also travelled internationally regularly during this time to enhance capability of our international Law Enforcement Partners with the aim of combating transnational crime. After a number of years performing the role of Team Leader, I was promoted to a substantive Team Leader in 2010. As a Team Leader my responsibilities included supervision of staff (up to 7 direct reports), stakeholder engagement and setting the strategic direction for the team.
