Currently involved with 4 non-profit organizations (Simi Valley YMCA, Simi Sunrise Rotary Club, Trinity Lutheran Church,and Ventura County Search and Rescue - Team 3)and serving on two Boards: (Simi Valley YMCA and Trinity Lutheran Church)

Responsible for identifying all personal lines related legislation passed in all states Farmers operates in and seeing that all steps were taken to make sure the companies comply with each law. Responsible for the creation and revision of all non-contractual forms used by personal lines in the operating territory related and unrelated to such legislation.

Developed a plan with the Director to build the line of insurance written by the Farmers commercial companies. Introduced the concept and established administrative procedures for worker’s compensation 'safety group associations' that provided safer guidelines for the lines of insurance written throughout the Farmers operating territory and thus provided a lower cost of work comp. insurance allowing us to expand the line of insurance by Farmers from a $30,000 in premium line to over $3 million and included 55% of the total policies written. Farmers became the second largest carrier of associations and second only to the state of California.Project leader for introducing Farmers workers’ compensation in the state of Nevada when the state privatized in 1999 involving the coordination of multiple company departments.

Member of an exclusive team of business users who were responsible for developing on-line training, training manuals, and help screens for all users of re-engineered personal lines processing and billing systems, and databases.

Project leader for an experimental development and implementation of an agent involved direct mail program, the Focus Direct Mail program, a company-wide agent mail solicitation program in conjunction with the R. L. Polk Company providing high quality leads and responsible for $3,000,000 in new business homeowners sales.

Developed a net gain of 13 additional agents in the states of North and South Dakota, raising the average monthly production of all agents securing their careers as successful business men and women. Provide an increase of sales penetration raising Farmers to be in the top 3 companies providing insurance in the 2 states.Created, implemented, and ran a number of all product lines sales promotions that led the Colorado Springs Regional Office to obtain the companies' top life insurance award and contributed to the Region receiving the top management award.
