Basel Reporting Measurement and Validation lead, London, UK (Director)Post implementation of Target Operating model within Basel Measurement and reporting team, led the Measurement and validation function across all regulators. Team of 35 across Pune, London, and New York.• Partnered with business to manage to aggressive targets under new leverage framework, addressing significant control issues associated with implementation.• Developed and implemented a strategic architecture to support new Leverage requirements. • Regulatory change and impact lead for Basel Measurement and reporting group, including being accountable for all changes impacting finance with regards to credit risk.
