Final responsibility for security and insurance within AHOLD-Netherlands. These vary from the smallest liquor store Gall & Gall up to the biggest grocery store Albert Heijn.

Operational responsible for all pharmacies and medicine service points in two cities. In total 5 pharmacies and 24 service points located in ETOS and Albert Heijn. Biggest fields of attention were the cultural differences between the pharmacy world and the drugstores.

The main focus points/fields of responsibility were commerce, acquisition, finance and personnel. Controlled this group indirect via 20 store managers.
