CurrentM Holmes and Sons have been farming in Ashbourne, Derbyshire for over 4 generations.We produce products for animal feeds, human consumption and bio-fuels for local, national and export markets and have supplied top name brands such as Waitrose, Mcdonalds, Kit Kat and Hovis to name a few.We have 3 areas of specialisation:Arable farming including Contract/Share farming AgreementsBeef rearing for WaitrosePrecision Farming, we can apply fertiliser and seed variable rate allowing us to get the most potential out of the inputs, we can also yield map with the combine.M Holmes and Sons specialise in stubble to stubble Contract Farming Agreements or Share Farming Agreements, whether it's 50 or 2000 acres, we can tailor a package to suit you, whether you want to be hands on or hands off we can be flexible in what you require.A typical CFA can be based on a total strip-til system, a total plough based system, or anything else in between.
