Every day is different with a new set of challenges, obstacles, and opportunities to overcome.After 15+ years as a sales professional, over the past 9 years, I have had the opportunity to lead and coach a sales team and help them achieve success and improve both professionally and personally. We also get the opportunity to work with a diverse group of customers and help them find solutions to issues that they did not even know they may have. Our team is winning and we are having fun doing it.I am a LEED Accredited Professional and have achieved Shaw's Circle of Distinction for 7 years straight and once as a RVP.For whatever reason, I like a challenge in everything that I do. In work, hitting a large sales goal or showing significant growth in our sales as a team, managing change and problems, to completing a few Ironman 70.3 races to taking over complicated projects with a team and finding success.My skill set is diverse and includes managing complicated projects, helping customers and team members overcome challenging situations, developing and utilizing new skill sets, building strategic and lateral influence, to driving innovation. What I love most, is there are so many other opportunities to learn and grow. I am constantly looking for these opportunities both personally and professionally.
