As a Business Process Manager I am continuously searching for points of improvement in the business processes within the Hordijk Group. These projects entail improvements in the area of Digitalization & Automation, Finance, Supply Chain & Logistics, Stock optimization & Forecasting and ERP. Next to these activitities I am also employed to do diverse business/data analyses.Together with members within the organisation I detect areas of improvement and develop a plan for implementing these improvements in collaboration with al those involved. When an idea is upgraded to a project I have a significant role in managing this improvement process.As an IT manager I am responsible for the IT department of the Hordijk Group, from day to day business to IT strategies. E.g. Security, Cloud, iSeries and Windows Server, Networking & Infrastructure, Office 365 and Telecom.

As a Supply Chain Analyst I am continuously searching for points of improvement in the business processes within Hordijk Packaging Zaandam (but also within other members of the Hordijk Group). I perceive and analyse current situations, detect and discuss points of improvement and develop a plan for implementing these improvements in collaboration with al those involved. After this I have a significant role in supporting the improvement processes. Next to these activitities I am also employed to do diverse business analyses. In addition, I am responsible for the production planning of one of the production facilities in Zaandam, with all challenges that come with it.

Sales support; Order intake; Cost price calculations; Support for new sales projects; Customer service; Administrative tasks.

Als commercieel medewerker binnendienst ben ik verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van de voortgang van advies trajecten, ter ondersteuning van de financieel adviseur. Ik verwerk de inkomende en uitgaande correspondentie en bewaak de belangrijke deadlines. Daarnaast onderhoud ik het contact met de klanten, banken, verzekeraars, makelaars en notarissen.
