With over twenty years experience in the food processing industry, I have a proven ability to reduce production cost by identifying efficient use of equipment, personnel and process that supports the balance between supply and production demand without sacrificing quality. As a skilled Manager, I currently supervise and schedule production, for a 2 shift operation that employs 2 full time supervisors and 40 hourly employees that produces an average of 91 tons of dough per day. By monitoring Key Performance Indicators, in conjunction with focusing on GMP, SOP’s and HACCP protocols, this Production department for 2015 has achieved and maintained the highest ranking of all 10 Quality Control Centers nationwide. Under my management, this department has reduced product waste, complaints and injury Incident rates as well as received a Superior Audit rating by corporate auditors.
