Joining in June 2024, taking up the position of Warehouse & Fulfilment Director at the Sheffield based 3PL and Fulfilment facility, the remit was to turn around an underperforming site. Overseeing approximately 75 staff, with blue chip clients including Molson Coors, Nandos, EE, Kelloggs, Royal Mail, CRUK and HSBC, with a site turnover of circa £500k per month.- Improved site SLA and OTIF from 77% to >95%. Highlighted failures in reporting format of SLA data to clients, resulting in savings of credits- Reduced site compensation and benefits by >£90k versus budget in first 3 months of financial year- Full responsibility for site profit and loss,, increasing turnover and profitability in Q1 by 15%- Identified cost savings across site, including maintenance contracts, consumables and agency staff headcount reduction- Improved site H&S audit from 63% to 91%

Monk Global is a tech startup established in 2021. Joining in May 2022, the remit was to complete the product development of the hardware, firmware and app, alongside building a full supply chain to take both to market in 2024. Target markets are the US and UK.- Worked in synergy with our supply partners to ensure COGs were kept within our target range, to protect business plan highlighted profit margins. Within this I was responsible for navigating delays within component sourcing, having to identify replacement components - highlighting any additional cost and timeline risks these posed the project- Set up the current supply chain, warehousing, purchasing, manufacturing and shipping department covering responsibilities for customer service, planning, material control, purchase orders, warehousing, In-bound & out-bound logistics, and 3rd party logistics and warehousing partners including partners in the UK, Sweden, China and the US- Negotiated complexed Management Service Agreement and Service Lead Agreement with manufacturing partners and raw material suppliers

With Sales in the UK, EU, Norway and North America, Neat Nutrition is a manufacturer of sports nutrition and FMCG in the healthy snacking section. Successfully exited this company, when my shares were sold to No.9 Partners.- Set up the current supply chain, warehousing, purchasing, manufacturing and shipping department covering responsibilities for customer service, planning, material control, purchase orders, warehousing, In-bound & out-bound logistics, and 3rd party logistics and warehousing partners- Managed the international supply chain for North America, Europe and Norway including NPD activities for supply of products into new markets- Designed, developed, implemented and managed strategic move from external 3rd party logistics model to in-house warehouse and distribution centre. Developed SOPs for picking process’s, inventory management and quality control procedures- Developed and launched sister brand (STRIPPED) for UK supplier Boots Stores, complying with client product, medical and legal standards.

Overseeing all purchases & negotiating prices & time frames with suppliers on paper, chemicals & any other consumables used. Responsible for email marketing campaigns & updating social media outlets with information, latest offers & anything else interesting.

Managed team of 10 individuals in print, finishing, design & logistics & see that all jobs were completed to a satisfactory standard to our customers & on time. Responsible for making sure the smooth progress of all jobs on site from conception to despatch.
