I lead a team of 10 people (9 Key Account Managers and 1 Sales Analyst). Some key highlights in this role include: -Creating the go-to market strategy as part of a portfolio overhaul (launching All in One Max and Quantum Ultimate) -Re-designing the entire 4P strategies and pricing and sizing architecture across the 5 Channel customers (Grocery, Mass, Drug, General Merchandisers and Club) -Leading the thinking on how to navigate the complex supply challenges brought on by COVID-19 that has led to in-stock improvements and a revised 2021 strategy

In addition to overdelivering vs. the targets, I am particularly proud of helping improve the engagement and relationship with this account as measured by the Advantage Survey results (double digit rankings improvement from 2016 to 2018). I also managed two direct reports in this role (an Account Executive on Shoppers Drug Mart and a team analyst).
