As a Bruneller I am seconded to ABN AMRO as Business Consultant.My primary task as a Business Consultant was to improve the internally developed application, ‘DPM’, based on new business requirements, feedback from stakeholders and wishes from management. After careful analysis and discussions with the development team, I wrote a business case to have the application reprogrammed from scratch. After obtaining the necessary funding and approvals, the new application was built, tested and rolled out in consultation with the development team and the Product Owner. A start has been made to obsolete the old application.I trained the person that will be responsible for the application in the future for her tasks as functional application manager and together we wrote the manuals for the users. As a secondary task, I have built various Power BI reports with which, in addition to the progress of the projects, the quality of the implementation projects can be monitored.
