Currently holding a position as Department Manager within Development & Engineering at ASML. Managing a department of ~130 FTE highly skilled engineers, groupleaders and projectleaders. Mission of the department is to verify system functionality and Industrialize system configurations such that these can be manufactured, installed and serviced in our factories and at our customers. Range of activities is very broad, all driven by the continuous pressure from our customers to 'shrink'.In my current role I combine people leadership with being responsible for System integration & Industrialization methodologies. I am actively involved in roadmapping and system definition, decision making and project execution (triple constraint managing), actively driving system Industrialization projects to successful completion. Next to my role in the department, I act as D&E business partner in the ASML DUV product team. Over 20 years of experience in various technical and managerial roles in the semiconductor equipment industry.
