Responsible for all phases of the analysis, administration and processing of all lease data and charges, including cost accumulation, verification, analysis and preparation of all invoices, such as common area maintenance, real estate tax calculations and billings, utility bills, and percentage rent.Successfully trained new team members in all facets of processing lease data, billing minimum rent, overage rent, cam, real estate taxes, media and promo funds.
