I have been doing both technical and engineering recruiting for companies ranging from the small mom and pop shops to Fortune 50's since 2003. This has earned me a strong ability to not only understand the technical needs of clients, but also the personalities needed to build and/or maintain the clients company culture. Excellent experience recruiting for direct hire, contract to hire, contract, and statement of work positions. Over 15 years of national recruiting for all size clients, and positions ranging from Call Center/Help Desk to C, D, and VP level Technical Management to all things engineering with specializations in C, D, VP level candidates in the Renewables industry. Strengths in locating hard to find candidates, Engineers of all development languages including Full Stack, UI/Front-end and Back End, Architects of all types, PM/BA's, and Technical Sales.Utility scale Renewables has been very good to me and has become my passion. With my unique background in hands-on Mechanical, Chemical, and Electrical Engineering in my previous career with Americold (largest cold storage facility in the US), in the Engineering department for nearly a decade, I speak the language of Engineers. This has allowed me to form deeper relationships with both clients and candidates, as well as build a better portfolio for my clients.
