• Assist clients in the hospitality, cruise, retail, commercial development, and food service industries with compliance to Title III, state, and local accessibility requirements-Works closely with owners, owner’s.
• Act as subject matter expert in ADA litigation for international hotel and fast food chains
• Represent owners’ and architects’ in meetings with building code officials
• Created an interactive tool and trained building professionals on its use to check ADA compliance during construction of new fast food stores nationwide
• Developed and managed an ADA survey effort for a regional grocery store and gas station chain-Designed and administered training to surveyors responsible for ground work-Delivered 283 individual site survey reports.

• Advised the General Counsel on OSHA and ADA regulatory policy and enforcement actions for the Legislative Branch
• Performed comprehensive hazard inspections in all areas throughout Capitol Hill based on relevant standards and codes, including OSHA, NFPA, NEC, and IBC
