Manages the Purchasing Group, Corporate Facilities Group, and Internal Telecommunications Systems. Capital Budget Planning. Expense Management and budgeting. Project Management for large scale facilities build-outs.

Responsible for Transport, Data, and Voice Engineering Groups. Capital Budget management. Design, specify and build Hubs, Collocations, and all network elements. Maintain engineering equipment standards. Prepare presentations and technology reviews.
