My primary task while working as an Accounting Assistant was a reporting project that needed to meet city labor requirements for a corporate client. The project required converting payroll data that occurred over a 5 month period for 50+ employees that was non-compliant with city labor regulations. Non-compliance issues included erroneous job classifications, base wage issues and underpaid overtime. I had to design and prepare linked schedules that presented non-compliant data converted to compliant for each employee for each weekly pay period, and present it in such a fashion that it could be submitted to the lead contractor and the city auditor so they could follow the restitution impact for each employee and the overall economic impact to the company. I was also responsible for processing tax returns.

As the intern for the Business Team Travel Coordinator I was responsible for managing a large part of summer league and player tryout transportation and hotels. I kept track of financial data, assisted in planning for the 2014-2015 season, and also had assignments from the accounting and finance departments.
