I have more than 20 years experience in nursing, including experience in contracting, overseeing case management programs, management, clinical reimbursement, utilization review, marketing, discharge planning and infection control. I am employed as Director of Case Management at Post Acute Medical in Greenfield; prior to that I spent several years with Fortis Management Group (formerly Extendicare) in Milwaukee as an Area Director of Managed Care, Clinical Reimbursement Specialist and Senior Case Manager. Prior to that I worked remotely as a Case Manager with United Health Care. I have experience with MetaStar, InterQual and Milliman’s Care Guidelines.I have an excellent reputation in the industry as being passionate about my work, honest, trustworthy, efficient and easy to work with, and am often called upon to motivate team members to work toward common goals. I enjoy the camaraderie of a face-paced work environment but I also thrive when I work independently in a remote capacity.
