These products are all sourced from leading manufacturers who have recognised the added value to their business. The revenue generated from this website has increased by more than 30% year on year since the launch in 2009, with expected sales well in excess of ten million pounds in 2014. In 2005 following the acquisition of South West Roofing Supplies by SIG Plc, I was appointed a role within the senior management team. I successfully managed a region of twelve locations for two years. I resigned from that role in 2007 to finished some property development and spend more time with my young family.

In 2000 I left SIG and joined forces with three of my former colleagues to start my own business. Against determined competition the company became a successfully and profitable, multi-million pound distribution network located in the Southwest of England. This success was a product of unsurpassed customer service, hard work, team ethic and the entrepreneurial spirit ingrained in all four directors from an early age. In 2005 the business was sold to SIG Plc.

In 1988 I started work for Asphaltic Roofing Supplies in Slough as an Assistant Manager. At that time, this was a privately owned company with an inspirational culture, driven by the entrepreneurs at the helm who gave individuals the freedom to trade. I developed my career within that organisation in a number of locations in various roles, opened a new branch during the acquisition by SIG Plc. eventually running a successful multi-million pound trading outlet.

In 1986 I started my career at age 17. I moved from Cornwall to Berkshire seeking employment. I worked for the Holiday Inn Group for 2 years. I still recognise today over 25 later, values that I learnt about Customer Service, Team Building and Hard Work. These values I still believe form sound foundations to any successful business.
