Rob Keelan is a Onboarding Team Lead at aXcelerate. As a project manager for the professional services arm of our business, he managed high-stakes customer relationships and drove the delivery of our team, implementing web design projects for some of Australia's most successful retailers and wholesalers. In this role, Rob and the team achieved a great reputation for high-quality work and aggressive delivery timelines. Since then, Rob has been pivotal to Neto's transition away from in-house professional services and towards a model where implementation services for our B2B SaaS platform are implemented by our network of capable partners. Rob has played a major role in building up this network of capable partners (i.e., recruitment and training of partners) and services, and helped us to succeed in what we all knew was a risky business model transition for Neto. More recently, Rob has become involved with more diverse types of partners.
