Worked at Cal Pools as a regional manager and head technician; moved to Cal Pools when Absolute Pools became acquired by Cal Pools Inc. I am responsible for the whole regional area of Howard County and performed daily maintenance and cleaning along with contacting and interacting with all costumers in that area. I was also involved in performing various repairs such as pumps, filters, pool decks, tiles work, some electrical work and plumbing. I was also in charge of supervising teams during the opening and closing seasons and performing follow-up checks to insure quality of work.

At Absolute Pool Company I was a manager and lead technician and was responsible for daily maintenance and cleaning along with performing various repairs such as pumps, filters, pool decks, tiles work, some electrical work and plumbing. I was also in charge of training new hires and organizing the scheduling. I also communicate frequently with customers to insure proper maintenance.

I began working as laborer and advanced to the head position as foremen and supervisor. I worked on building numerous residential and commercial properties which involved overseeing a twelve man crew to insure accurate construction and adherence to proper building codes. I am able to read blue prints and delegate specific duties to complete the construction in a timely manner.
