As a Sales Service Representative with Enterprise Group, a division of Domtar, I am responsible for a five state territory (IA, NE, KS, MO and Southern IL). Daily responsibilities range from order entry, tracking orders and assisting customer with inquires about our product. I deal with a variety of different customers ranging from end user, merchants, local office supply dealers and some commercial printers. As a Sales Service Rep I strive to help our entire customer base with first class service and allow them to have a successful business partnership with Domtar.Along with our Enterprise Group product line of cut size business papers, continuous forms, unprocessed and processed rolls, we now offer the Xerox Paper and Specialty Media Products. The Xerox line of products offers a wide variety of substrates ranging from uncoated sheet, coated sheets, polyester Never Tear sheets, wide format papers and a large variety of custom solutions products. As Equipment Manager for the baseball team, I was responsible for distribution of equipment, apparel, and uniforms as part of everyday activities. I also helped conduct daily routines at practice. On game days the responsibilities ranged from making sure the players and coaches had everything they need, assisting the visiting team with any special request outside of game day procedures, and making sure the umpires had everything they needed as well. Along with all of these things there were also the responsibilities of working with other athletic department staff and administration to make sure daily operations ran smoothly.
