Led frontend development on Target's internal UI design system library supporting 500+ initiatives and core business applications. Planned product roadmapping and release strategy while collaborating with User Experience leads and customer stakeholders to deliver new features and functionality. Established CI/CD best practices and integration with internal tooling to provide UI/UX testing across all library codebases. Mentored UI engineers, facilitated product outreach, and surfaced new opportunities in UI technology to other senior/lead engineers and technology leadership. Provided regular direct end-user support for all UI library dependencies and implementation practices. Managed "inner-source" library contributions.

Led frontend development and UI design on internal data-catalog and community knowledge base enterprise products. Planned, coordinated, and implemented re-platforming of UI applications from AngularJS to React and modern frontend build tooling. Led UX and UI redesign of data-catalog applications. Led online operations of all Spertus Institute for Jewish Learning and Leadership online resources.Advised both Communications and Information Technology staff during design and development of Spertus.edu. Migrated all operations to virtualized hosting environments. Worked closely with vendors to ensure project delivery met project requirements and scope.Responsible for managing and overseeing graphic standards across all online media.Led planning, redesign, and development of shop.spertus.edu, Chicago’s premiere Judaic gift shop. Assisted in all online and creative operations of www.shopakira.com, a Chicago-based retail company.Responsibilities included front-end design and development of www.shopakira.com, branding and graphic design for all Akira brand marketing collateral, and e-commerce related photo and video production.Advised the Akira founders, Creative Director, and CFO on IT solutions and budget forecasting.Administered and maintained IT assets across all Akira retail locations in Chicago, Illinois.Planned and deployed digital storage solutions for the creative office team.Assisted in planning and operations of multiple Akira live event productions.

Served as a staff web developer for the University of Michigan Office of Development and the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy.Led the development and overhaul of the University of Michigan Office of Development website to launch a new giving campaign that resulted in over $3.5 billion in donations.Contributed PHP back-end development, Kintera/BlackBaud CRM integration, and advised University IT staff regarding deployment and hosting requirements.Maintained and administered the School of Public Policy website via an in-house developed content management system. Authored PHP scripts to migrate archived academic papers to the University of Michigan's Deep Blue institutional repository.
