Support Missile Defense Agency Advanced Technology Division in rapidly fielding capability in support of Left to Right integration

Civilian Leader (Squadron Commander) of all civilian unit responsible for all aspects of Mission Data support for all Foreign F-35 Partner and FMS aircraft. Includes but not limited to all facilities and equipment valued in excess of $500M and an annual execution budget of approximately $25M. Supervise a workforce of approximately 100 personnel in the process of growing to approximately 150. That workforce embeds in classified workspace with 80 foreign national military personnel from multiple nations

Responsible for all aspects of establishing a mission data reprogramming laboratory for 8 foreign partner nations at Eglin AFB, beginning with planning and constructing a facility. Over time, will build all manning requirements, perform all hiring actions and develop all lab policies and procedures.

Deputy Commander for Group associated with all elements of the EWIR process. Squadrons in the Group include 453d EWS at Lackland, responsible for EW flagging and various modeling and simulation; 36 EWS, which performs EW reprogramming on all US combat AF systems; 16 EWS, which maintains EW lab equipment to support all US EW testing; 68 EWS, which supports US conferences and EW Assessment at RED FLAG as well as performing FMS EW reprogramming; and the 513 EWS, which will perform all reprogramming for the F-35.

Commanded 100 person squadron made up of military, civilian and contractors responsible for all CAF-focused reprogramming for FMS customers, intelligence support to US and FMS EW reprogramming, and connectivity to combat Air Forces worldwide through the data distribution system and EW help desk. Additionally, managed EW Assessment teams for Exercise RED FLAG Nellis and Alaska.

Responsible for 130-person squadron primarily responsible for maintaining and operating EW lab equipment in support of reprogramming self-protection equipment for all combat aircraft, as well as global Combat Shield EW assessments for combat aircraft.

Responsible for broad spectrum of strategic planning and coordination with higher headquarters and other agencies; main function I was responsible for was preparation for Operational Readiness Inspection

F-15E Instructor Weapons System Officer, Operational Support Squadron chief of plans, Battlestaff Director (Installation Control Center Emergency Response Command Center), Assistant Director of Operations in 336 Fighter Squadron, qualified in AGM-130, EGBU-15, and nuclear operations.

Responsible for defining Combat air force EW requirements and managing $2.6B program element to support those requirements.

Responsible for operational planning of all Suppression of Enemy Air Defense (SEAD) and EW assets in theater.

F-15E Instructor Weapons System Officer, Flight Commander, Plans Chief, Qualified in AGM-130, GBU-15, nuclear operations.

EF-111 Instructor/Evaluator Electronic Warfare Officer; Test Management Director, Det 7 of 53d Wing; EF-111 Branch Chief for Group Standardization and Evaluation.

Pipeline student navigator/electronic warfare training; F-111/EF-111 initial qualification training; squadron scheduler for EF-111 squadron.
