Role Description:Prepares and provides effective social and digital media development, management and delivery for all Business Units aligned with key business objectives and metrics.Key Responsibilities:• Manage all aspects of TKI web site presence, including content management support for all business unit sections• Manages and maintains all social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, YouTube, Vimeo and Pinterest as defined by the business units and Group Communications• Develops and executes all social media campaigns and strategies as defined in the business unit plans• Monitors, develops and delivers social media and web site reports quarterly to inform leaders on campaign reach and effectiveness• Helps develop and refine TKI ambassador profiles on social media channels • Develops and directs digital ad campaigns for each business unit• Manage structure and delivery of customer-facing digital magazines and newsletters• Sets standards and manages video and multimedia strategies and productions, with special attention to video quality and brand alignment• Develops reports for business lead tracking and nurturing programs via Google Analytics and VisitorTrack • Provides suggestions and strategies for web site navigation and framework to further support business goals and brand recognition• Support employer branding tools and platforms, including UltiPro, SmartRecruiters, LinkedIn Learning, etc.)• Manages corporate domain assets and all associated responsibilities
