Responsible for ensuring that PCI data security standards are in place and functioning appropriately. The primary focus is working with Marathon infrastructure support groups to ensure policies, configurations and practices all support the confidentiality, integrity and availability of payment card information.

Advanced Sr IT Infrastructure Auditor for Marathon Petroleum. Perform IT infrastructure audits, SOX compliance testing, advisory reviews of existing IT systems and provide administrative support for TeamMate audit software. Sat for CISA exam in December 2013 and now certified. Recently represented Internal Audit in the upgrade of TeamMate software, including testing, training and roll out. Integrated another department into the TeamMate suite, segregating their audit information from the existing set of audits, all within the same TeamMate instance.

Attended two Sun IdM developer training courses and participated in several deployment projects where IdM was used to control Active Directory, Z/OS, Oracle and SQL. One deployement involved RBACX, which is role based access control. More deployments of RBACX are expected. Completed a significant project to convert the enterprise from a legacy mainframe based database controlling identity for the enterprise to an Oracle based enterprise directory.
