As the Security Program Manager on the Infrastructure services team inside Microsoft IT Information Security & Risk Management, I carry a split role.Internally, I manage significant security assessment projects, ensuring both adequate resources are available to the project, managing delivery schedule, budget and ensuring deliverable quality. I also assess the need for, and develop new internal security services and programs as required.Externally to Microsoft, I work with major customers, mostly fortune 500 and government, to assist them in improving their own security by the effective envisioning, scoping, and leading the execution of infrastructure security assessment and architecture projects.
