Leading a specialist centralised Asset Management team supporting the management of and maintenance processes and systems for the Asia Pacific fleet (surface and underground), yellow goods, LVs, misc plant and minor processing plant.Responsible for provided safe and reliable assets at the best cost to the business. SAP PM was the CMMS used supported the master data, maintenance planning and effective scheduled of all planned maintenance activities for the predominantly fleet asset base.Management of a $100m + national asset base including fleet movements, new build program, rebuilds and placement decisions were required and managed within the challenges of managing a fleet within a dynamic and ever changing mining environment.First priority was the management of safety work orders to ensure fleet and plant were operated safely and in compliance to stated inspection and service regime.
