• Responsible for the delivery of the customer portfolio. The portfolio consists of projects which include Full, Partial and Support only models, Technical Services, Implementations and System Integrator Partnership models providing consultancy and support.• Creating value add for both the Customer and Asysco. Working together with the Customer to see whether bespoke or enhanced feature requests can be transformed to our standard Asysco products, creating mutual benefit.• Providing ‘delivery’ best practice insights and advice incorporating industry best practices (PMI and Prince2). • Executive escalation for all projects and programs globally.• Steering and monitoring of all projects, stepping in when needed, but focused on enabling the teams to execute effectively and efficiently.• Helping to create and maintain the right culture and working environment; a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.• Spending much of my time on-site at various Customer locations around the world.

Intitially my role was to integrate the Ecommerce services into the central team, Release Support. I then looked at other areas for integration driving the change agenda to meet the Release Support target model.

Providing production support to over 150 applications across E-Commerce, Distributed and backend systems across 2 teams. A 3rd team of technical specialists who spent 50% of their time providing technical consultancy and guidnace and the other 50% on research and development. The skills span from Microsoft SQL, .NET to E-Commerce Infrastructure. Also included in this role is 3rd Party Relationship Management with many external providers including Microsoft, Wintellect and Realise.

Responsibility for all eCommerce activity across production support and infrastructure enhancements, platform migrations, MI, patching and maintenance. Group driven initiatives and early adoption projects. Predominently Microsoft technologies with bits or Oracle and Unix.

Responsible for the planning and co-ordination of production implementations on major change projects. Implemented a repeatable metholody within a new function whilst running mulitple concurrent implementations across various UK sites.

Focused predominently on E-Commerce Infrastructure and Application Projects.

Providing technical support on Unisys NX4800/NX5800 mainframes. MCP upgrades, technical direction and strategy and 24*7 technical support.
