I am a Key Account Manager at Chattermill, a leading customer experience intelligence platform that applies deep learning and natural language processing to analyze unstructured customer feedback and uncover actionable insights. I have a BSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Kingston University, which gives me a solid background in data analysis and scientific thinking.In my current role, I work globally to strategically identify new use cases within Chattermill's key account base and lead on all existing business upgrade and expansion opportunities. I leverage my previous experience as a Customer Success Manager and a Business Development Representative at Chattermill, where I developed strong relationships with Enterprise partners in North America and LATAM, enabled them to deliver the best possible experience to their customers, and consistently achieved or exceeded my sales targets.
