Estimate projects ranging from 15Mil-700Mil for Civil, Site Structural, Architectural, and MEP related to commercial, industrial, educational, and capital projects for renovation and/or new construction. Perform constructability reviews, value engineering, and change order evaluations. Regularly perform power point presentations of CM estimating services to potential clients in the interest of procuring new business for the company. Team Liaison between Joseph Jingoli and NJ. Department of Community Affairs (DCA) for processing all permit applications as required for the project. The development of direct relationships with DCA administration and department staff has proven successful in assisting timely reviews and releases to support the project schedule. Also provide Community Outreach Services between Joseph Jingoli and The Community Leaders.

Estimate projects using CSI and Square Foot Format ranging from 100K-100Mil on a 1.5B dollar Capital Improvement Project for the School District of Philadelphia (SDP). Responsible for verifying the construction scope of work along with meeting Architects/Project Managers to identify the quantities and square foot of each school to perform an accurate budgetary estimate using RS Means, NECA and Assessment Pricing Units.

Accountable for City and Federal regulated projects (Prison/Post Office/Airports). Coordinated meetings with Owner, Architects, and Sub-Contractors. Verify contractor’s monthly payment requisitions and purchase orders. Oversee cost worksheet, track budgets, provided estimates on change-orders, estimated owner project changes and reviewed contractors commitments. Ensured transmittal letter for new and latest architect drawing. Documented and distributed project meeting minutes. Reviewed Punch List before project can finish. Reviewed and filed daily construction activities.
