My role at Podium was to manage projects from start to finish, and working with the design team and clients to deliver the required scope of works, both on time and within budget.Daily management tasks would include organisation of both in-house and subcontractor tradesmen, organisation of materials and deliveries, and on site works including client.

Whilst working at Safeway Building my main duty was to manage projects from start to finish, including the design phase.I was responsible for managing in-house labour, subcontractors for projects as well as client communication and conducting contractualobligations.Other responsibilities include cost management throughout works, chairing weekly meetings.

After promotion to Operations Manager at Linkcon Projects, I took on greater responsibilities within the company which included overseeing a team of Project Managers, sending weekly reports directly to the CEO/Owner, and chairing weekly meetings with the management team. These responsibilities were in addition to my original role of managing the individual.

I joined Linkcon as a Project Manager in January 2018, many of the projects are Government works, such as Housing, Education, and Aged Care. We also carried out insurance works, both residential and commercial, as well as strata. My initial role was to solely run the individual projects from start to finish, this included scope and quoting, allocation to.

My primary role at Marshall Hurley is dedicated to live projects. My current workload includes a wide variety of projects from exclusive single unit apartments in Knightsbridge, to 28 apartments in South West London. My day to day role includes ensuring that we keep within budget, ordering materials, co-ordinating site licences, communication between all.

As Project Manager at NRJ, my role was to manage refurbishment projects for Focus Hotels, a group of 18 hotels across the UK. The projects I worked on ranged from a small 5-bedroom conversion at the Hilton Hotel in Bristol, to an 82-bedroom refurbishment at the Albrighton Hall Hotel in Shrewsbury. I have also been involved in two separate $1m+ leisure club.
