As a Chartered Engineer and Senior Programme Director with over 30 years’ experience delivering successful outcomes in the construction sector, I am known for helping clients build successful teams, honest advice, clear strategic thinking and my in depth knowledge of the project lifecycle.This recognition is built on successes from having taken leadership positions on major complex projects such as the multi €billion Metro North underground railway project in Dublin and the Edinburgh Trams to Newhaven project.
