Rob is a former owner, former managing director and founder member of the award winning Leeds based licensed conveyancing firm Advantage Property Lawyers - now part of the Simplify Group. As a Non-Practising Solicitor and Licensed Conveyancer with nearly 25 years experience in conveyancing, Rob is highly experienced in all aspects of residential conveyancing including being Head of Legal Practice and running a business. Rob has managed caseloads of different levels of complexity.Prior to setting up Advantage Property Lawyers, Rob has been a senior solicitor and partner, managed teams and had portfolios of clients and introducers.
