• Core Responsibility - To facilitate the delivery of Category Sales Targets and implementation of trade strategies within the Grocery Channel for the Biscuits Category through working alongside key category stakeholders • Delivered stretching Category Growth targets (+20% YOY) by collaborating with NAMs to Build & Manage the Promotional Plans across Top 4 Grocers whislt providing governance to Category Plans.o Assisted in the delivery of YOY growth which has seen Mondelez/Kraft Biscuits grow from 6th in the UK market to 3rd in under 2 years, including growing Belvita to the UK’s 5th biggest biscuits brand & sub-category leader• Challenge and Review any and all proposed Grocery Promotions to ensure alignment to brand strategy and in line with business targets and guidelines .• NPD: Part of MFST that delivered multiple new products to market, landing strong distribution and great in-store:o Successfully delivered the launch of the Barny brand to the UK market achieving £1m RSV Sales within 3 months. • Key Achievement: Delivered £2.3m Incremental RSV Sales in less than 9 months through the Discounter Channel by identifying listing opportunities, building a core range & gaining internal approval, then providing rationale and support to Sales to list with customers.

• Core Responsibility - To build and develop relationships with Convenience Retailers implementing Category plans to benefit Yoplait, providing regular internal analysis and shopper marketing for Morrison’s & Co-op.• Customer Focus: Responsible for Category Managing all Convenience Sector Retailers, building strong relationships with Buyers and providing monthly scorecards.o Building and implementing category plans for retailers such as; The Co-op, Tesco Express, and Symbol Groups o Presenting, and landing NPD with Buyers through strong category rationale and insightso Range & Planogram Recommendations: Providing category focused recommendations to retailers highlighting opportunities to improve range and in-store fixture.
