Managed budget approximately Euro 13 million.Responsible for the availability of more than 80+ customers running their applications in our twin datacenter environment, covering more than 55% of first line GP's (huisartsen) and pharmacies in NL, 10+ Mental Institutions (GGZ), laboratories, CARE institutions, more than 10 million medical files and over 150 Dutch municipalities are hosted in our datacenters.

Interim Manager Datacenter Services and Workplace Services at PharmaPartners, located at client location acting as an integral part of PharmaPartners Management team.Responsible for "keeping the lights on" during an outsourcing project and datacenter migration that occurred simultaneously.Outsourcing of existing Datacenter and Workplace Services team, to PinkRoccade Healthcare Hosting Services. Keeping the critical staff onboard and ensuring a smooth datacenter migration project from current PharmaPartners datacenter to PinkRoccade Healthcare datacenters was key to the success of this assignment.

End to end responsible for all Run-Operational Services delivered by Hewlett Packard (HP) to JDE globally (formally known as Sara Lee). Scope contains WPS (Workplace Services, including Global Service Desk in Manila, Philippines), SAP support out of Sao Paulo, Brazil and Datacenter services delivered out of Sofia, Bulgaria. Managed budget approximately Euro 15 million.Started with 18 countries with DEMB presence and ended with a scope of 39 countries with JDE/DEMB presence and this was covered globally by 3 full-time ADM’s (Bulgaria, Hungary and NL) and 2 part-time ADM’s (Brazil and Australia) reporting to me.Next to the ADM’s, managed a team of 10 fte’s in NL directly, as line manager, but a functional reporting line of 160 fte’s worldwide delivering leveraged services globally.

Al-Riyadh Governorate, Saudi Arabia

Program Director HP for Saudi Hollandi Bank in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Worked with external partners and one system integrator to establish a true Multi-Channel Platform for the Retail part of the bank. (Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, IVR, ATM, etc.)End to end responsible for this program that drastically reshaped IT systems for the bank’s payment channels. This was an 18 month program.Responsible for managing multi-vendor team (5 external suppliers) out of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. 2 PM’s were reporting to me during this program.

Acted as first deputy for the Account Delivery Executive HP, responsible for the global contract of EDS/HP with Ahold. Managed the implementation of ISAP (International Standard Application Platform) back office systems in Mexico City.End responsible as PM for the implementation of ISAP/SCORE, conversion from the current 5 source systems used by ABN AMRO Mexico branch to ISAP platform, interfaces to both ISAP satellites as well as external vendor satellites (payment system Top Systems/Treasury TAS), training of local staff and embedding in the branch’ organization.

Coordinating Setup of Global Support for MLD(Money Laundering Detection) application.Support for the MLD Program needed to be set up. ABN AMRO bought a specific application suite for this. This solution was implemented globally by EDS Implementation team, divided in EMEA, APAC and LATAM. Support needed to be uplifted to a global level. This was my primary responsibility in this role. Together with a process writer and IT Operations single point of contact, we took care of writing down procedures, work instructions for all supporting groups and bring systems into FMO by following the TOP (Turn Over to Production) process within IT Operations.

End responsible for all local changes in ABN AMRO Turkey and all ISAP global changes related to Turkish Lira redenomination per 1/1/2005. I was responsible for a team of 6 persons, covering all aspects of the impact on both General Ledger systems and other financial systems used by ABN AMRO Turkey to ensure business continuity after 1/1/2005.

Implementation consultant / Project coordinator for Integration New Growth Markets Turkey/Russia for ABN AMRO Wholesale.Integration software 3rd party (Payment Channel) within existing banking middleware and back offices and coordination of implementation consultants, creation of schedules, communicating towards vendor, release-planning with vendor, single point of contact for ABN AMRO WCS IT and Business, responsible for the complete implementation, setup of SLA’s, hosting agreements with IT Operations, etc.The endresult was an Internet Banking channel for Wholesale customers in Turkey and Russia.
