I am a self motivated individual who works well as part of a team or alone. I'm target driven and have a can do attitude. I work well at driving solutions and developing others. In my current role I am the lead contact within the business for the management and development of our e-portfolio system. It is my responsibility to deliver training on the use of the system, both face to face and via webinar, this includes induction training for new starters in the business. To support this training I also create support videos on the use of the system. In addition, I deliver field based training to apprentices and have a flawless success rate of achieving timely results. I am able to build strong relationships with both learners and employers and I am able to motivate learners to achieve the results they are aiming for.
